Mr. Jaiswal is a well known name in the field of architecture and planning in India. After teaching in university of Roorkee, now IIT Roorkee for ten years he founded Jaiswal & Associates in 1991 as a one stop shop for all architectural, urban planning, landscape and interior design services.

Ever since its inception Jaiswal & Associates has conceptualised and executed 5700 Acre of integral township for government & private sector , thirty million sq ft. of housing, eight million sq ft. of mall & multiplexes and 4 million sq ft. of I.T. Parks & institutions.

The firm is closely knit and works in association with other professional firms representing disciplines such as Structural Engineering, HAVC, Public Health Engineering and other Building Services.

Amit graduated from India’s premier institution of Architecture – SA, CEPT Ahmedabad. He has worked with ARCHOHM, India’s leading architecture office, as design head, architecture for about five years. He has also worked abroad on various projects of different scales and nature with distinguished international names in the field.

His wide range of work includes urban scale projects, institutions, commercial, residential, high-rise housings, museums and hospitals.

Amit believes in architecture and design which is holistic, out of the box, conceptually strong and pragmatic. He believes ‘architecture and creating architecture is all about uplifting of the spirits’.

Nishant did his bachelor’s in architecture from NIT Patna. He has worked with Jaiswal and associates for around eight years as an associate. He has also worked with Noida based Archohm and DFI.

Nishant is thorough with all the aspects of the buildings and their design. He has a huge experience and has worked extensively on housing projects along with institutional and commercial buildings. He has keen interest in designing solar passive architectural techniques.
